Services
We provide custom software development. Every project starts with a written requirements document.
A requirements document says what the software must do, for whom, and how you will know it is finished. Writing it first means we agree on the target before we build. It reduces surprises, rework, and wasted effort, and it gives you something concrete to review and approve.
How a project works
-
Discuss needs
We talk through the problem, the people who will use the software, and what a good result looks like.
-
Write the requirements document
We write it up in plain language. You review it, ask questions, and approve it before any building starts.
-
Build the solution
We develop the software from the approved document. If something needs to change, we update the document first.
-
Deliver
We deliver the finished software and check it against the document.
What the requirements document contains
- Goals: what the software is for.
- Users: who will use it.
- Features: what it must do.
- Data: what information it handles.
- Constraints: platforms, rules, and limits it must respect.
- Acceptance criteria: how we agree the work is done.
- Out of scope: what it will not do.
